Contractor shall Perform maintenance and repair Services for the Client Agency’s two (2) Cessna Model 182 and one (1) Cessna Model T206H (collectively, the “Aircraft”). a. Services include but are not limited to: i. Maintenance, preventative maintenance, maintenance of Aircraft logbooks ii. Fifty (50) hour inspection iii. One hundred (100) hour inspection iv. Yearly inspection v. Emergency On-call repair vi. Scheduled engine oil analysis vii. Safety of Aircraft, and other applicable Services requested by the Client Agency. b. Contractor shall Perform Services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (“FAR”) Part 43- eCFR :: 14 CFR Part 43 -- Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Rebuilding, and Alteration (FAR Part 43), State, safety standards and codes, and other applicable regulations. c. Contractor’s facility must be a Cessna Certified Service center headquartered in the State of Connecticut through the Term. d. Contractor’s facility must be a Corrosion X treatment center, and a member of the National Air Transportation Association.
