Detailed Specifications The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supervision and travel to undertake all necessary tasks. The City of Greenwood is searching for a qualified contractor to provide the following (not listed in order of preference): 1. Remove remaining root balls, stumps, leaning trees, downed trees, and hanging limbs in the developed area near the pavilion, surrounding the dog park (damage trees in the dog park will be addressed by another contractor), surrounding the parking lot, in the Sensory Garden. 2. Remove trees including root balls, stumps, leaning trees, downed trees, and hanging limbs along the park’s remote trails and ponds. This includes: the trail connecting the Dog Park to Phase II (currently under construction), trails around the pond, the trail near Grace St connecting to the Realtors Trail and duck pond, and any remote trails between Merrywood Dr and the Water Tower/Phase II. (Depending on the location and accessibility some areas may only require cut and move to open the trail. Downed trees and limbs can remain in areas where equipment cannot easily access the area but should still be cleaned up to resemble an undamaged natural environment as much as possible.)
