a. Monthly Pest Control Services: (1) Internal and external spraying for common pests, including but not limited to ants, roaches, spiders, and other general pests. (2) Placement and maintenance of glue traps as necessary to mitigate pest presence. b. On‐Demand 24‐Hour Response Service: In addition to scheduled monthly services, the awarded vendor must respond within 24 hours to address any reported pest infestations such as ants, roaches, spiders, etc., in city‐owned buildings. d. Compliance and Safety: (1) All pest control chemicals and methods must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. (2) Technicians must be properly certified and trained in safe handling and application of pest control products.
