Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, supervision and transportation to provide grounds maintenance as specified herein. All work to occur between 7:00 AM and 3PM Tuesday through Friday, except for State and Federal holidays. These are military facilities and contractor personnel must have valid ID for access. Perform a bi-weekly mowing during the months of May through October. Mow grass to a height of 2 ½ inches. Prior to mowing the contractor shall pick up and dispose of all trash and litter. Trash and litter include paper, plastic, bottles, cans, cardboard, and other solid materials and foreign debris. Remove all grass clippings from inside and outside of any perimeter fencing to include sidewalks, driveways and parking lots after each mowing. Replace any plants, shrubs, or trees damaged by any inappropriate mowing or edging at no charge to the agency. Edging to be done after each mowing session around all structures, sidewalks, and walkways. Mechanically trim all hard to mow areas around plants, structures, and fence lines. Remove all limb and shrub debris, trimmings, and litter from all grounds after every cut.
