Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking to establish a term contract for Fire, Backflow & Cross-Connection Inspection, Installation and Repair Services for a qualified contractor to provide the services for the Water Resouces Department. The services include but are not limited to the annual testing and inspection by a certified backflow prevention assembly tester, fire flow testing on fire sprinklers systems, and the repair and installation of new fire sprinkler systems. In order to be considered for a contract award, the contractor shall provide the minimum requirements: A. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all equipment, tools, parts and supplies needed to perform the inspections. B. Contractor shall have a fully staffed, full-service office located in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.
