The project is for the interior refresh of an existing men’s and women’s locker/showers space. It is approximately 1,000 SF, both combined. The scope includes, but is not limited to, minor wall demolition and reconfiguration to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, the removal and replacement of all interior finishes, plumbing fixtures and toilet accessories, toilet stalls, lockers and millwork, light fixtures and mirrors, signage, concrete locker base bed as indicated in the drawings, and to provide with new soffits, wall and floor tiles and paint. The project includes architecture, interior design, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP). The building is sprinklered. There is no structural work involved. There is no exterior work.
