The project consists of furnishing and installing a networked, wireless, distributed intelligent relay, lighting control system and luminaires. Line voltage power to fixtures thru distributed intelligent power packs will be provided under a separate phase. The project will consist of furnishing and installing the following in accordance with the contract documents: 1. Wireless network system controllers that communicate to distributed intelligent wireless relay/power pack, wireless occupancy sensor and light level sensors, and wireless switching stations. Include controller antenna, antenna cabling, and Ethernet Category 6 cabling to airport network. 2. Wireless distributed intelligent relay/power packs with 0-10V dimming. 3. Wireless distributed intelligent relay/power packs with phase adaptive dimming. 4. Wireless, battery powered switching stations including batteries. 5. Wireless, occupancy sensors including batteries. 6. Wireless, light level sensors including batteries. 7. Removal of existing luminaires. 8. Installation of new luminaires and associated dimming cabling. 9. J hooks and cabling supports for dimming cabling. Installed supports shall be capable of supporting metal clad (MC) line voltage power for luminaires installed under a separate contract. 10. Coordination with electrical contractors outside this contract for installation of line voltage power, dimming cabling to minimize rework and disruption. 11. Programming, testing and commissioning. Contractor shall include provisions to program, test and commission after fixtures and controllers have been powered under a separate contract. 12. Selective demolition of walls and ceilings, coring and penetration fire stopping. 13. Phasing provisions, overnight control system cut over, permits and P&P Bonds 14. 5 year warrantee from date of acceptance.
