Task Order 1: Pavement Condition Assessment: Consultant must inspect all roads and apply an automated mechanism to identify, collect, assess and archive existing pavement conditions present at the time of survey. Pavement distress surveys must be performed during periods of dry pavement and daylight. Surveys must not pose undue impact to normal traffic operations. Task Order 2: Pavement Distress Analysis: Consultant must apply a practice proven and computerized method to analyze all pertinent data and information collected under Task Order 1 to determine the conditions of pavement distress. The method must automatically identify the occurrence, extent and severity of the distress. Task Order 3: Pavement Condition Report: Consultant must present pavement distress data, information and analysis in a clear and organized format enabling the WCPW to efficiently extract, perform post-survey calculations and transfer to its asset management software and/or Geographic Information Software (GIS) platform. Information and data should also be easily compiled for budgeting and planning.
