The project consists of demolition and replacement of approximately 50,000 sf. of roofing at the existing Presidents Elementary School (E.S.), various exterior building envelope improvements, and food service equipment improvements. The work includes but is not limited to the following scope: 1. Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing. 2. Demolition of existing gutters and replacement of gutters. 3. Miscellaneous flashing and sheet metal work. 4. Replacement of wood and fiber cement plank & panels. 5. Replacement of exterior envelope sealants. 6. Prepping and painting of all of the building's exterior, non-masonry, surfaces. 7. Veneer concrete masonry (CMU) work including and installation of water repellants and anti-graffiti coatings. 8. Infill of an existing recessed loading dock. 9. Demolition and replacement of an existing cooler and freezer. 10. Demolition and replacement of a dishwasher and exhaust hood, including related ductwork revisions and miscellaneous ceiling and finish repairs.
