Text: Manufacturer's printed data or neatly typewritten. 3. Drawings: a. Provide reinforced punched binder tab and bind in text. b. Fold larger drawings to size of text pages. 4. Provide flyleaf indexed tabs for each separate product or each piece of operating equipment. 5. Cover: Identify each volume with typed or printed title "Operating and Maintenance Instructions". List: a. Title of Project b. Identity of separate structures as applicable c. Identity of general subject matter covered in the manual. 6. Binder as specified B. Content of Manual: 1. Neatly typewritten Table of Contents for each volume arranged in systematic order as outlined in the specifications. a. Contractor, name of responsible principal, address and telephone number b. A list of each product required to be included, indexed to content of the volume. c. List with each product, name, address and telephone number of: 1) Subcontractor or installer 2) Maintenance contractor as appropriate 3) Identify area of responsibility of each. 4) Local source of supply for parts and replacement d. Identify each product-by-product name and other identifying symbols as set forth in Contract Documents.
