SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work includes printing and bulk mailing the county resource guide on an annual basis to residents of Clackamas County on behalf of PGA. These printings and mailings typically occur in May each year. The estimated volume is approximately 180,000 – 190,000 publications per mailing, depending on variances in the county mailing list over a three-year period. Printing Specifications The guide shall be printed on eco-friendly paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The page count may vary based on content requirements, ranging from 24 pages to 40 pages, with 32 pages as the norm to date. Additional specifications include: 1. Self-cover 2. Full bleed 3. Text: 4cp/4cp 4. Bindery: Saddle stitch on 10.875” 5. Printing shall include a black-only plate change for the indicia for mailed versus non- mailed copies. 6. Printed guides shall be bulked packaged on skids for mailing. PGA shall provide all artwork and ready-to-print files to the Printer. Printer shall provide pre-press proofs to be sent through the Printer’s web-based file management system, with all colors meeting GRACol standard.
