1. Engine The engine must have a minimum of 130-170 horsepower (SAE net), 6-cylinder turbocharged water cooled, sleeved diesel engine. 2. Transmission Torque Converter design with single stage-dual phase system. A power shift transmission with four forward speeds and three reverse speeds, all operation must be fully synchronized, with a hydraulic reverse. A direction selector must be mounted on the steering column for fast and convenient operation. It must also include external spin on filters. 3. Cab A fully enclosed ROPS/FOPS certified cab required. The cab shall be heated and air conditioned to provide a clean and comfortable pressurized work environment. The seat must be of a fabric covered suspension type, with seat belts, window defrost ducts for front and rear windows. Wipers in front and rear with washers. Latched windows, sun visor and lockable doors. All doors and windows must open within the width of the machine. 4. Hydraulics Will be of a closed center load sensing system for fast responsive control of all functions. The minimum capacity of 40-50gpm @ 3600 psi and must include an external spin on hydraulic filter. 5. Steering Fully hydrostatic steering is required for ease of operation.
