Contractors must have two years of experience in barber/ cosmetology services. The contractor shall possess and maintain all necessary State of Ohio barber and cosmetology licenses, certifications, and registrations throughout the term of the awarded contract. The contractor must provide all supplies, equipment and materials for: Routine Services – typical monthly Haircut (male and female) Beard trim Retwist (locs) Occasional Services – once or twice a year per individual Natural Hair Braiding Only (cornrows) Hair Extensions (quick weave, sew in, pronto, and ponytail) Braiding Extensions (feed in, box braids, and knotless) Silk Press (natural hair) Hair Coloring Only Hair Coloring and Styling Hair Washing Hair Cut Trim (add on service) Relaxer Crochet braids
