All debris shall be removed from the park property and disposed of in accordance with all applicable regulations, unless specifically noted. 1) Adult Pool a) Drain pool. b) Remove two existing diving boards and tower supports. c) Remove existing pool membrane(s), gutter, and 4-foot band of concrete from edge of pool. 2) Wading Pool a) Remove 3 feet back from edge of pool to expose/create a plumbing trench around the entire perimeter of the pool. Additionally, trench concrete in deck from pool to new proposed equipment pad area. b) Remove concrete necessary to create plumbing trench from wading pool to new wading pool treatment system. c) Contractor shall cap and abandon or remove all existing plumbing. 3) Equipment Room a) Remove existing metal surge tank and piping. b) Remove piping, chemical feed pumps, sand filter tanks and sand, and pump.
