The project generally includes new interior finishes at all public-facing walls, columns, and ceilings. The walls, columns, and ceiling finishes include Type-II commercial-grade vinyl wallcovering, wood veneer in key protected locations, stone paneling, and metal base boarding. New coffered ceilings are to be constructed in the main circulation corridor of the concourse, baggage claim and airline ticketing areas. The project also includes: • new decorative lighting, • new millwork seating and casework, • new soft seating furniture, • new hold room furniture, • new water feature in atrium area, • MEP system adjustments associated with the construction of the new finishes, • Hard flooring in all public spaces – BY OTHERS • New terminal lighting control system and architectural lighting for all public spaces – BY OTHERS
