Room Rental and Catering Services for the Cuyahoga County Fatherhood Initiative’s Annual “Celebration of Fatherhood” Conference SITE REQUIREMENTS Our date for the conference is Friday, June 13, 2025, 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with access to the space the night before, June 12 ,2025 for setup. Location in or near the downtown Cleveland area. SPACE REQUIREMENTS Ballroom to host a Plenary Session, Town Hall Meeting and an Awards Luncheon. We will need 4 breakout rooms to host workshops. Each breakout training room should accommodate approximately 35-40 people. We will need an area for the Resource Fair, (30) 6ft. tables with chairs. Site Requirements: Location near the downtown Cleveland area with convenient access for Cuyahoga County personnel to deliver conference materials the day before the event and set-up on day of event.
