• Field Investigation required for the design work • Evaluation of the roof system and recommendations for replacement • Additions and/or relocations of walls and doorways • Evaluation of the existing facilities and design of renovations/alterations • Additions and/or renovation of restroom facilities • Evaluation/design of aquatic facilities renovations • Exploration of energy efficiency upgrades and design/implementation • Design of plans and specifications acceptable to the City of Columbia • Attend necessary meetings associated with designs and approvals • Provide overall project management • Prepare construction documents • Assist in the construction bidding process • Establish and attend pre-construction conference • Provide construction inspections, including all testing and reporting • Identify and write grant applications for possible funding sources, if needed.
