SCOPE OF WORK The following Scope of Work outlines the required elements of the AE: 1. The work to be done under this RFP consists of but is not limited to: a. Securing necessary construction permits. b. Demolition and replacement of existing Scale House. c. New Scale installation, reusing existing pit. d. Building cleaning and site clean-up. e. New privacy fencing installation around the site. f. Open Lot grading. g. Siting underground drainage to pond. h. Siting water lines. i. Siting underground gas lines. j. Electrical work at shops and site lighting. k. Random repairs and some glass or screen replacement on both metal storage buildings. l. Backfilling pits and placing concrete inside both metal storage buildings. m. Bathroom remodeling for 2 shops. n. Installation of two roll up doors for unloading zone. o. Enclosure of the existing pole barn by adding siding. p. Replacing the pole barn fan. q. Following a soil management plan. 2. The AE shall be responsible for preparing any reports and complying with requirements of local, state or federal agencies having jurisdiction over the subject property and coordinating any survey and investigation work with these agencies. 3. The AE will conduct site meetings with representatives of TREDC, and as applicable, any representatives of any local, state or federal agencies having jurisdiction over the property. 4. The AE will conduct one (1) presentation meeting with TREDC to review findings and recommendations.
