Task 1: Contract Initiation and Management A kick-off meeting with SRTA and the selected vendor will be held at the beginning of the contract to establish and agree upon communication protocols, roles and responsibilities, and expectations. SRTA staff will explain the expected deliverables and invoicing procedures. Deliverables: Kick-off meeting Incident reports and invoice formatting. Monthly invoices may be submitted electronically via email to srta@srta.ca.gov. Task 2: Daily Patrols The vendor will be responsible for patrolling the SRTA premises at 1255 East Street, Redding, California, a minimum of three (3) times during non-business hours over a 24- hour period, 365 days a year. The purpose of these patrols is to minimize loitering, remove trespassers and any litter that they bring onto the premises, keep the property secure and safe for agency employees, and call Redding Police or Fire Department(s) if needed. The initial visit each day must include a physical check of front and back building doors and a visual inspection, including the dumpster area. The last visit prior to the beginning of business hours shall take place between 5:00 a.m. - 6:30 a.m., Pacific Time, if possible. Deliverables: Written reports shall be generated no less than 24 hours after an incident to inform SRTA of incidents(e.g. camping, vandalism, loitering, etc.) discovered while on patrol and the action taken to resolve them. Written time log reports shall be generated no less than monthly and submitted with invoice. Daily incident reports and monthly time log reports may be submitted electronically via email to srta@srta.ca.gov. Task 3: On-Demand Site Visits From time-to-time, SRTA may require on-demand security services. The vendor shall respond in a mutually agreed-upon timeframe. The ideal vendor should have a response time of fifteen (15) minutes or less. On-demand calls are typically in response to incidents that occur while staff are present, or in response to after-hour alarm calls. This also includes having security staff available during specified meetings or events. Deliverables: Written reports shall be generated, within 24 hours, to report on any on-demand calls and actions taken to resolve them.
