Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. DHHS seeks a noncompetitive contract with Ramsell for PBM services to the ADAP (NMAP) based on the justification listed in the attached Solicitation Waiver. Pursuant to NRS 333.700(7), contracts for services require the State Board of Examiners (BOE) approval. The vendor will provide Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services to the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), also known in Nevada as the Nevada Medication Assistance Program (NMAP). Through this partnership, eligible clients may access their medications via a network of contracted pharmacy point-of-sale locations. ADAP/NMAP supports clients by opffering either full payment assistance or covering co-pays and deductibles. Additionally, the program generates pharmaceutical rebates as part of its service delivery. The PBM vendor will servve as the fiscal agent for ADAP/NMAP, reponsible for adminsitering and reconciling these rebates.
