The Township is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified and interested firms (“Proposer” or “Consultant”) for professional appraisal services of undeveloped land within the Kayenta Township that has been zoned for commercial use, to be performed in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices and conduct as promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation. There are seven (7) such commercial tracts in the Township totaling two hundred seventy-five (275) acres. The Township will select the most responsive proposal in accordance with the Navajo Business Opportunity Act, 5 N.C. § 201 et seq., and the Township’s procurement policies.
