the Project – key personnel must be identified in the Proposal submittal. Key personnel shall include personnel who will be assigned to the Well Mitigation projects and shall include, at a minimum, the Owner, Project Managers, Field Supervisors, and licensed Drillers. Drillers must be licensed in the State of Georgia. Generally, only the major tasks along with general expectations and requirements are outlined. The Contractor is encouraged to expand and elaborate on this general scope of work. The Contractor should outline and discuss their proposed scope of work and approach under these major tasks. If the Contractor believes that changes or additions to this scope of work will provide benefit to the GSP, the Contractor is encouraged to present their proposed changes or additions. In general, the work will primarily consist of providing, as needed, well repair services at various well locations within the Bulloch County/Bryan County well mitigation area, including, but not limited to, pulling of water well pumps, pump installation, water well rehabilitations, well casing repairs and installations and/or repair services on various types of pumps on an as-needed basis. In all cases, the respective GSP Well Mitigation Manager will describe the work, location and timing requirements involved. This will involve the GSP Well Mitigation Manager providing a listing of the work to be completed through issuance of a Work Order. This listing will include location information such as: addresses and/or site maps indicating the project locations. A mutually agreed upon approach will be determined for each job.
