1. Rough grading includes clearing and grubbing the grass surface. 2. Fine grade one area 143’ x 130’ in preparation for eight new Pickleball courts. 3. Install and compact one asphalt mat 143’ x 130’ to include: 4” graded aggregate base, adding water as needed. 4. Install 2” average depth of hot plant mixed asphalt (9.5 mm Type 1SP). 5. Roll and compact the base. 6. Install sixteen net post foundations and eight center anchors per ASBA specifications. 7. Install approximately 670’ of 6’ high and 240’ of 4’ high fencing, including: 9-gauge black vinyl-coated fence wire, 3” terminal posts, 2-½” line posts, 1-5/8” top rail, 6-gauge bottom tension wire, and gates as needed. All posts are SS 20 heavy-duty with factory-finished powder coating. (Exterior Fencing is 370 feet of 6 ft high with two double gates and 160 feet of 4 ft high fencing. Interior Fencing - 300 feet of 6 ft high with 4 single gates and 80 feet of 4 ft high fencing). 8. Apply two coats of black acrylic resurfacer. 9. Apply two coats of fortified Acrytech™ full acrylic playing surface. Acrytech™ Player’s Choice colors to be royal blue for the serving areas and light blue for the net areas. Acrytech™ Specialty Colors may incur additional charges. 10. Stripe eight Pickleball courts using two coats of texturized white line paint. 11. Install eight new sets of black 2-7/8” o.d. external gear Pickleball net posts. 12. Install eight new 3.0 mm Pickleball nets with center straps. 13. LED Lighting for all 8 courts with a timer. This will allow participants to play from dusk to dark during certain hours. (The X’s on Sample 1 are a ballpark of what we need.) Install sixteen (16) 300-watt NextGen LED fixtures on the twelve (12) 4-inch round steel poles with 22’ mounting height or something comparable. 14. All wiring should be in underground pvc conduit. 15. Each light pole should have outlets on it and have an outlet area in the waiting/Resting area along the fence. 16. We plan to add shade areas in the future for the waiting/resting areas. Please make sure the asphalt can support this for future growth. 17. Clean work site thoroughly.
