1. Contractor shall supply Five (5) receivers, to be installed by Contractor or contractor. 2. The output from the receivers must be HD audio and video. 3. The delivered system shall deliver multiple channels of which TEMA may select any or all as they wish and may change those channels at any time. 4. The seven (7) major Nashville network channels shall be included in the delivered Package, ABC/CH 2, NBC/CH 4, CBS/CH 5, PBS/CH 8, FOX/CH 17, UPN3/CH 30, and WB58/CH 58. All programming shall be as supplied by either DIRECTV’s Select package or DISH Network’s America’s Top 120 selection. A package that shall include but not be limited to the following: Fox News, CNN News, Headline News, MSMBC, CNBC, the Weather Channel, the Discovery Science Channel, and C-Span. 5. The building serviced shall be delivered by a single satellite dish provided and installed by the Contractor. 6. The interconnect between the dish and the headend equipment shall be fed through the existing cable tray and shall be compatible with the feeds in that cable tray. 7. The installation of the satellite dish must have a central site ground from the feed line of the satellite dish to the equipment, in case of lightning strikes. Other safeguards shall include satellite dish installation protocols which require the installer to follow the satellite dish and equipment manufacturers recommended installation directions / procedures at all times. 8. The satellite shall not block the existing satellite dishes being used by TEMA. 9. All maintenance of the supplied system shall be included in a single monthly fee to TEMA. 10. All the receivers and programming shall be included in a single monthly fee. 11. The installation and maintenance shall be performed by the Contractor. Service to the system, should any need arise; the Contractor shall have personnel on site within twentyfour (24) hours or one (1) business day. 12. A Contractor shall have all licenses and permits required by federal, state and local laws for performance of this service. 13. The installation will only be allowed at the facility during normal State of Tennessee business hours, which is between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday, excluding State holidays. 14. Any defective equipment will be replaced or repaired as required to minimize the down time and to continue the active service as provided. For the initial service call to the site the Contractor shall be on site within twenty-four (24) hours or one (1) business day. Repair or replacement to equipment shall be within five (5) calendar days. All repairs/ replacements shall be performed by the Contractor. 15. The Contractor shall only be responsible for the maintenance for the equipment that they provide. 16. The Contractor’s employees must provide proper identification (i.e. photo driver’s license, photo work I.D) to enter the State Military facility, may be subject to search, are restricted to the work area site and must wear proper identification at all times. 17. The Contractor’s vehicle(s) must be properly marked with company name and/or logo and must have current and valid license tags. All vehicles and personnel are subject to search.
