Specifications include, but are not limited to: Excavating and grading a new regional stormwater detention basin and installation of a storm sewer network with the goal of improving drainage conditions within residential neighborhoods. Construction activities will consist of the installation of a dedicated storm sewer system and separation from existing combination sanitary and storm sewers. Work items are generally excavation, hauling, grading, installation of storm sewer pipe, replacing inlet structures, removal and replacement of sanitary sewer pipe and structures, water main removal and replacement, full depth pavement reconstruction and patching, milling and resurfacing of roadways, and all associated restoration work
