Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Table Linens: Dining Services wishes to rent the following table linens. Items listed below will be stocked at UND on a weekly basis. A. Items stocked on a weekly basis at UND. The University of North Dakota maintains these items as a weekly par stock. Item Quantity 54x54 table linens 10 54x120 table linens 10 54x96 table linens 30 90x90 table linens 30 White napkins 100 B. Dining Services also wishes to rent linens of varying amounts for special occasions. These orders will be placed with the contractor on an as needed basis. Quantities will vary, dependent upon the need of the University. Linen Criteria a. Linens should arrive neatly folded, pressed and sealed in plastic. Linens will be visually inspected by Dining Services at the time of use. Linens must be free of stains and repairs in areas visible to the customer. Proposal must include the composition of the linens; material, thread count, etc. b. Dining Services will not accept, use, or pay for linens that do not meet the criteria in section a. Linens not meeting these guidelines will be returned to the contractor unsoiled for credit. c. Contractor shall provide laundry bags for soiled table linens. d. All incidental charges must be included in the response, including the frequency of the charge. Ex. Laundry bag, environmental charges, delivery charge, repairs. e. The proposal shall list repair types and costs associated with the repairs. f. Colored linens, other that white, will be required on occasion by Dining Services. Costs associated with colored linens must be included in the proposal. Proposal should include the composition of the linens and available colors. Faded colored linens will not be accepted by Dining Services and will be returned to the contractor unsoiled for credit. g. Deliveries must be made Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, to Campus Catering, located in the Memorial Student Union. h. Deliveries will be made on a weekly basis or more frequent if necessary.
