Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 02, of the Library Student Faculty Building located at 1401 S. U.S. 421 Westville, IN. 1. North Central Campus - Student Services and Activities Complex - 2014 Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter.
