Specifications include, but are not limited to: Improve the quality, clarity, and impact of the admission, enrollment, counseling/advising, and continuous support of the student experience throughout the District. Provide the District’s Colleges with a solution in which departments can work more collaboratively as students apply, attend and reach their educational goals. Provide student-supporting departments with tools to facilitate a continual process improvement model, including analytics on current processes and tools to enhance these processes. Provide a data rich platform with opportunities to analyze and use data effectively at the tactical, operational, and strategic level through 3rd party products. Resolve technical challenges presented by the current software solutions. Integrate the proposed solution with ACC’s Ellucian Colleague, Blackboard, and Recruit software systems. Provide security for applicant and student data. Identification of affected District business processes.
