Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of North Dakota will look to purchase and deploy an additional layer of security to its existing PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM, ELM and Enterprise Portal (Interaction Hub) application security. Additionally, North Dakota University Systems would be allowed to purchase under this contract. This product would aid in protecting PeopleSoft systems from cybercrime. The product will provide an added layer of security without requiring customization or modification to the PeopleSoft applications. The product will include the ability to mask data, integrate with the State’s Multi-factor products, control access based on defined attributes, and provide logging and auditing. These features are beyond the Segregation of Duties (SoD) or database level. The product will need the ability to apply rules such as when to require a Two-Factor Authentication challenge, mask sensitive data or block access to an administrator’s data. The product will be required to reside inside the PeopleSoft Infrastructure Architecture. The company will provide configuration and implementation services for the installation and setup of the product.
