The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, located at VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) is seeking to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Fresh Produce Delivery at VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) .
