The Mission and Installation Contracting Command MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C324R0003 for General Repairs to Building 509 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded for this requirement.
The RFP is issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources are invited to submit proposals under this solicitation.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to requirement is 236200, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $45.0 Million. The magnitude of the requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Contract Opportunities website at https://sam.gov/search for status of RFP and amendments, if any. Any amendments issued will needs to be sign and submitted with the proposal. Failure to submit amendments with the proposal may render the proposal not eligible for further consideration for award. Vendor that are not registered or registration is not active in System for Award Management database at http://www.sam.gov website may not be eligible for award.
