The Mission and Installation Contracting Command MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C324R0003 for General Repairs to Building 509 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded for this requirement.
The RFP is issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources are invited to submit proposals under this solicitation.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to requirement is 236200, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $45.0 Million. The magnitude of the requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Hard copies of the RFP will not be available.
