The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - 8 located at VA Caribbean Health System (VACHS), 10 Casia Street, Admin Building Suite 4M440, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00921 is seeking for a Contractor to perform an assessment to evaluate the existing ventilation system and to identify the duct infiltrations through the approximately 2,000 linear square feet of supply and return ductworks distribution for the (8) eight Operating Room (OR) suites located at its main facility, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The goal is to identify the current air leakages to ensure optimal air quality, required air changes per hours, rooms pressurization, system efficiency, and compliance with latest VA guidelines and safety standards. The Contractor shall also perform a Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) water and air testing balance to leave the area in full compliance with the VA HVAC design manual.
