The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 08 has a requirement for a long-term Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Cooling Towers Maintenance and Maintenance Services. Such services consist of providing all materials, labor, supervision, tools, supplies, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform full preventive maintenance service and required repairs to the twelve (12) cooling towers located at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Included are all inspections, adjustments, tests, and repairs necessary to keep these cooling towers in a continuous and reliable use, while functioning at their designed capacity and efficiency. The list of these cooling towers is as follows: North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors), and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be J041 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This is not a solicitation. If there is sufficient interest, a solicitation shall be posted on the FBO website.
