This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. One (1) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract will be awarded resulting from this solicitation. Any reference to the term “BID” in this solicitation is used synonymously with the word “QUOTE”.
