The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates the need for a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled “Repair Exterior Doors, Windows & Frames” at Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Guaynabo located in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
MDC Guaynabo is a Metropolitan Detention Center located at 652 Carretera 28, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico 00965-5700. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, installation expertise, and labor for the removal of existing doors and supply and install new exterior doors and frames at MDC Guaynabo including specific hardware, as specified in the statement of work and drawings.

The FBOP is seeking small business contractors for this project. Your business size metrics information entered in your https://sam.gov registration must be less than or equal to the small business size standard specified above (see provision 52.219-1 in the Representations & Certifications section of your https://sam.gov registration).
