Effective May 3, 2023, the State of New York has officially enacted its budget for 2023-2024. Although the budget bill was signed a month late (the state’s start of the fiscal year is April), it’s not too late to get your business ready for more bid opportunities within the state.   • $1.7 billion to fully fund the consolidation of Wadsworth Laboratories' five unconnected sites to one site on the W. Averell Harriman Campus in Albany by 2030,
  • $500 million in clean water infrastructure funding,
  • $200 million to enhance state parks,
  • $890 million in capital to develop new residential units for mental health care.
