The Town of Bristol RI owns and operates several buildings within the town and is seeking bids for on demand services relating to interior and exterior painting. The bidder shall perform all required work normally associated with painting which may include power washing, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking, and finish painting. All work shall be performed in a workmanlike manner and shall conform to the guidelines of the Department of Health, the Bristol Historic Commission, and the RI Contractors Registration Board.
