The New Shoreham Sewer Commission (hereafter referred to as the COMMISSION or NSSC), is
eeking proposals for banking and cash management services from qualified, full-service banking
stitutions (hereafter referred to as the BANK or APPLICANT or FIRM), for the purpose of btaining a
full range of depository and banking services at a competitive price. The period of the greement
