The North Kingstown School Department (NKSD) is seeking qualified bids for the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform or equivalent. Qualified bidders will include firm quotations based on the specifications noted below. Requests for proposals and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the North Kingstown School Department Technology Office, 120 Fairway Drive, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
The Cyber Security Awareness Training services that the North Kingstown School Department is interested in are KnowBe4 Gold tier or higher, and the platform’s optional add-ons which include Security Coach, Compliance Plus, Student Edition, and PhishER Plus.
At the time of this posting the North Kingstown School Department has approximately 800 staff employed who will be using the Cyber Security Awareness Training platform. In regards to the Student Edition, the North Kingstown School Department has 3800 enrolled students (final employee & student numbers will be provided at the time of purchase).
The North Kingstown School Department requests pricing for 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years of service.

Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the name of the company submitting the proposal and the phrase identifying the bid item: NKSD 2024-2025 Cyber Security Training.
Proposals will be publicly opened and read at 1:00 pm on June 12, 2024, in the Information Technology Office, 120 Fairway Drive, North Kingstown, RI 02852.
