1. Contract Duration:
The term of the contract includes the delivery of the ice cream as ordered each
week and shall be for three (3) years from the date of the award.
2. Cancellation Clause:
Camp Phoenix reserves the right to cancel the bid award at any time without any
recourse.
Submission Instructions:
● All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope.
