                                   Professional Engineering Services for Wastewater Related Projects 

Specifications  
Specifications are available in the Water & Sewer Department, located at 83 Greene Street, Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM or Friday 8:30 AM until 12:00 PM on or after Wednesday, September 11, 2024.   
Submissions 
Sealed RFQs will be received by the Water & Sewer Department no later than 11:00 AM, Wednesday September 25, 2024. The bids will be opened publicly commencing at 11:05 AM on the same day at 83 Greene Street, in Town Council Chambers. 
Delivery 
All RFQs must be sealed. If delivering in person, USPS, or sent by delivery service 
(FedEx/UPS/DHL etc...) use physical address 83 Green Street, North Smithfield RI 02896, Attention Water & Sewer Department. 
   Awards 
Awards will be made on qualification-based selection (QBS). 
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must call RI Relay at 1-800-745-5555 seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the bid opening date.
