Description

The Hope High School Auditorium is not currently in use by faculty, staff or students. The City of Providence, PPSD and the Owner Project Manager (Downes) are requiring the design and preparation of construction documents. Additionally, the City of Providence, PPSD and their consultant have procured the Environmental Engineer Consultant to prepare a hazardous material survey and remediation plan. Abatement of auditorium is anticipated to be completed by January of 2022. Furthermore, the City, PPSD and their consultant will procure a remediation contractor to commence general remediation. The objective is for the remediation contractor to continue its services and coordinate with awarded CM at Risk as required for demolition, MEP installation, etc
