pvd22-40 - Botanical Center Sound System Improvements

Roger Williams Park Botanical Center is located within Historic Roger Williams Park at the intersection of Cladrastic
Avenue and Floral Avenue in Washington Park Neighborhood of Providence, RI. The Providence Parks Department is seeking qualified
bidders to submit pricing for high quality sound system improvements inside the Botanical Center. The scope of work for this project
shall include but not be limited to: Furnish and install high quality and reliable outdoor audio system in the Conservatory. Furnish and
install single high quality “On-wall” speakers, wall mount volume controller and source selector on a location TBD from the Hallway
to Conservatory. Furnish and install high quality audio system in the Koi Pond Area. Furnish and install high quality surface mount
speakers in the Engagement Room. Furnish and install high quality speakers and replace volume control in Green Houses #3 and #4.
Furnish and install high quality speakers, wall mounted volume controller and source selector in the Atrium. Furnish and install high
quality speakers, a wall mounted volume controller and source selector in exterior locations. Utilize existing rack and add shelving to accommodate surge suppression in the AV Closet / Rack.
