Description

purchase a portable closed-circuit television (CCTV) sewer camera system for the purpose of inspecting the condition of the sewer system and investigating potential failures within. About half of the City’s sewers are a part of a combined system while the other half is separated into sanitary and stormwater systems. Pipe diameters in the City range from 8” to 64” with the most common size of 12”. Pipe materials are varied and consist of clay, brick, concrete, PVC and HDPE. All sewer pipes, despite their function, material, or size, are subject to CCTV inspections.
