The City of Providence seeks services from a qualified consultant firm(s), which will be known as the “Consultant”, to provide engineering, PS&E, permitting, advertising, and post-design services for public infrastructure investments in the area surrounding Trinity Square— including, but not limited to paving, sidewalk, ADA, pedestrian safety, sewer and drainage repair, new street trees, and pedestrian-scale lighting improvements— to complement affordable housing investments being made in the area.
