Description

The City of Providence on behalf of the Providence Redevelopment Agency is seeking a qualified insurance broker to procure insurance
for two buildings. This insurance will cover both our Public Safety Building, which is located at 325 Washington Street, Providence RI
02903 and the Public Safety Parking Garage located at 349 W Fountain Street Providence, RI 02903. Insurance Coverage will need to
be in effect from 8/13/2021 to 8/13/2022. We would like keep the same level/types of coverage (outlined in tables below) for the time
period specified above. A deductible of $100,000 shall also remain utilized in formulating your bid response.
