pvd21-188 - Lighting Retrofit at juanita Sanchez complex, Leviton complex, and Central HS

Please provide a bid for the total project taking into account the pre-approved National Grid Incentives for each school: 1) for the Central High School lighting retrofit, reflecting pre-approved incentives totaling $195,540, as referenced in the attached Incentive Pre-Approval Letter; 2) for the Fortes School lighting retrofit, reflecting pre-approved incentives totaling $53,020, as referenced in the attached Incentive Pre-Approval Letter; 3) for the Lima School lighting retrofit, reflecting incentives totaling $87,790, as referenced in the attached Incentive Pre-Approval Letter;  4) and for the Juanita Sanchez School lighting retrofit, reflecting pre-approved incentives totaling $142,730, as referenced in the attached Incentive Pre-Approval Letter. Please note that for each school, there are a small number of fixtures which are not included in the pre-approved incentives and which are specifically eligible for upstream incentives. Those fixtures are also noted on each Attachment B, but are also specified in the “Installation Schedule – Upstream Only” attachments to make clear which fixtures should earn upstream incentives.
