In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an official notice is hereby given as follows
Vendor Name(s): MHC Software, Inc.
Estimated Amount of Procurement: $12,240.96
General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired:
The MHC applications integrate with our existing Lawson environment to provide document storage and management for files related to Lawson records and transactions. City staff have been trained extensively on processing MHC software services, and ongoing investments have been made in hosting and maintaining the software environment. MHC is the only system currently available that integrates with the City’s Lawson environment. The MHC software is only available for purchase directly from the vendor, to guarantee compatibility with our Lawson environment. This purchase will also cover the cost of creating a new document image interface, to allow People and Culture to upload new files to the document management system.
