Description

This funding opportunity seeks to reduce the incidence of overdose and other negative behavioral health outcomes in the city of Providence by addressing the social determinants of health and harm reduction needs of individuals with substance use disorders and/or other behavioral health disorders, in areas outside of the Downtown core. The HCO seeks proposals from individual organizations or collaboratives to meet one or more of the following strategies to support people in Providence:
1. Connection to treatment/recovery services
2. Connection to social service supports
3. Distribution of harm reduction materials
4. Behavioral health support and resources
