The City of Providence’s Human Relations Commission seeks a consultant between February 2022 and April 2022 for internal organizational visioning and planning activities for a maximum total bid of $9,000. Bids should include 80 hours of quantitative and qualitative finding from PHRC staff, commissioners, community-based partner organizations, related City offices and agencies, and other internal and external stakeholders; and creation of a summary report that identifies key activities, partnerships, opportunities and funding to guide the PHRC in its next 3-5 years of development.
